Sarah Saddler is a PhD Candidate and Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Theatre and Dance at the University of Minnesota. Her primary research examines the use of theatrical performance in the global workplace, with a focus on contemporary India. Her work, which tracks how multinational corporations deploy dramatic traditions and techniques in the service of human capital formation, can be seen in RIDE: The Journal of Applied Theatre and Performance (2017) and in Precariousness and Performances of Welfare (Routledge, 2019).
